John, I would like to get more info on the lamp and inverter you
tested. Can the lamp be had in a color approaching daylight? Did
you build or buy the inverter? Do you know if any of the portable
fluorescent "camp lights" components are usable? Can you suggest 
sources and prices for the components? Is there any reason for 
concern regarding UV radiation from fluorescent lamps? I would 
like to "plunge in", I just hope that I can complete this on a 
tight budget. Thank you.
