If you would like a 3d portrait of yourself just visit a camera shop or any
place that has a special passport picture camera set up.  It takes two
frames on one piece of polaroid film, which are then cut apart to attach
to your passport application.  Before cutting, view them through a stereo
viewer or lorgnette, and lo and behold you have a perfect 3d portrait!  
(And usually for less than $10 for the pair.)
