Good point. There's been a lot of discussion in recent years on sound
samples in music, extracted from earlier works.

Was that with the globe visible anywhere and at any size within the photo,
or with the globe as a prominent component of the photo?

Note: We're actually discussing two different points here - copyrights,
and credit for artistic creation.
