Image Tech produces professional level cameras for taking lenticular photos.
Since they are a bit expensive ($5000?), they normally rent the camera.  As I
recall, they had both 5 and 7 lens versions.

Image Tech will print your 5 or 7 or more (odd number only as I recall) lens
photos on a custom basis.  The expense was a bit, but not too bad.  The
problem with the custom photos is that the separation between images may not
match the processing programs which they have developed for their own cameras.
I have an unfinished article for "Stereoscopy"  which describes the
requirements, which have probably changed.  Image Tech has gotten less eager
to print photos from other  camera systems.

Many years ago, Dave Burder joined numerous lenticulars together and had a
double digit lens version.  You really needed to load it under a safelight,
because there was a lot of film between the supply and takeup spools.
