P3D archives off line

The archives are off line at the moment while they are being updated
and reorganized.

In looking at Dan's format for the CD-ROM, it becomes apparent that
the long file names in the archives *may* present a problem for some
users who want to save them onto disk. Probably going to the least
common demoninator (MSDOS) in the "8.3" format would be worthwhile.

The current naming convention is currently in the format: 

PHOTO-3D_digest_0254.txt

and would be replaced by

p3d0254.txt

Note that this is ONLY in the archives file - the mailing name
for the digest would remain the same so anyone who has incoming mail
filtering set up should see no change.

A similar change would also apply to tech-3d and sell-3d.

If you think this might produce problems for your situation, please
