P3D Kodak lens

After a hike down into a nearby canyon this am. I noticed that the left
lens of my Kodak stereo seemed loose.  It moved properly with the right
lense but there was a bit of play, wiggling in and out.  What is the
matter?  What can I do?  I'll know in a few hours if it affected my film.
