P3D anaglyph software?

Well, here I am, guilty of just the thing that I dislike about all these
hobby/technical mailing list! ;-) namely, REasking a basic (but always
updating) question:

Is there some FREE or CHEAP stereopair-to-red/blue software out
there on the net. I'm only using an early, demo version of Photoshop
("DoDoShop"). I have the full version of Micrographix
"Designer" as well. Is there something I can do w/ the basic image
processors that I already have?

I'm going to scan some old beamsplitter prints I have of the late, great,
(& grating) Tiny Tim in concert to donate to the "official" Tiny Tim website
(Ponk.com) and I want to offer them the option of dual image or
good ol' anaglyph.
