To amplify on this, the link on the 3d-web site (http://www.3d-web.com/),
ftp://bobcat.etsu.edu:21/pub/photo/photo-3d/info/3dfaq.pdf,
is no longer valid, and the new photo-3d host, calcite.rocky.edu, doesn't
seem to have the photo-3d/info/ directory. I recommend we now make
offering to High Priest Bob :-)
