Joel Alper's at Rocky Mountain Memories (see
<http://www.frii.com/~rkymtmem/>) sells medium format mounts in a
variety of formats (6x6, 6x4.5 portrait, 6x4.5 landscape). These are
meant to be used with a hand viewer since there are no medium format
stereo projectors.

Besides the Sputnik, at one time Rollei (and it's predecessor) made
medium format stereo cameras (back in the 1920's). From what I've
seen, these cameras are priced more for collectors than for users.
But I think that of all the Rolleis. Other companies in Europe also
made medium format (although not necessarily 120 format) stereo camera
from the turn of the century through the 1920-30's.

Alan Lewis (see <http://www.arlington.net/homes/dlewis/>) and Sam
Smith (see <http://www.cadvision.com/3dhacker/>), have built medium
format stereo cameras by splicing together individual cameras. Their
web pages have more information.

I (a relative beginner) use a pair of Lubitels on a flash bracket, and
have been playing with a newly acquired Yashicamat 124G on a slide bar
and by the cha-cha (side stepping) method. Others use various cameras
on twin and slide bars.
