P3D sequential field video question

Hi all,

Does anyone know much about working with sequential field video?  My
question is whether it is possible to accidently reverse the stereo
effect when editing the video onto another machine.  I just got one of
the Nu-Vision camcorder adaptors and I'm beginning production of TITANIC
2 (This Time the Ship is Pissed) :-).  But seriously, folks, is this a
concern or am I just being paranoid?
