>I have also found a bag I consider unusual. Its made of rather ridgid
leather, measuring 8x11x4inches deep. The Realist Logo is on the front near
the bottom. Two inch wide leather straps wrap around the front and back
meeting at the top in handles which are held together by a piece of
leather with snaps and there is a brass locking clasp on the flap that
closes over the top. It resembles a school bag from the period. Inside
there are two side compartments where you could keep a Realist standing on
end and the center is divided into two compartment one large enough for a
viewer and the other perhaps sized for a few boxes of slides. There is also
a detachable strap which hooks onto brass fasteners on each side. I bought
it from Cameta Camera through Shutterbug and I have yet to see another one.
I have also yet to use it as I carry my Realist in a large soft Nike bag
strapped to may waist, which also holds a Vivitar flash, a light meter,
film and a rewind crank.

>How many different types of camera bags did David White put out? A couple
weekends ago, I picked up a leather bag with the Stereo Realist logo at the
Buena Park camera show for $25. It is not the same as the one pictured in
>the Morgan/Lester book. Mine doesn't have the front pouch and it looks
much stiffer than that one. It seems to be the same kind of leather as my
tan eveready case. Has anyone else picked these up?
