P3D SCSC into the new millennium!

Seems that the Stereo Club of Southern California is heading
into the new millennium under capable leadership!

In the last issue of 3DNews (SCSC newsletter), I read:

"Can you keep a secret? - I do not wish to be too premature,
but the SCSC Board has tapped me in the shoulder and asked me
to be your next President.  I am very excited and enthusiastic
about the future of our club.  As SCSC presidents can serve
two one-year terms, I plan to be president for 1998/1999 and
1999/2000... taking the club into the new millennium."

This is signed by "our very own" Lawrence Kaufman who is
currently SCSC's Vice President and a major contributor to 
the 3DNews.

I am personally very excited to hear that this historic and
important stereo club is in good hands... I am sure that
Lawrence will lead the club through new heights and over the 
"year 2000" 3D shutter-bug.

PS. Lawrence is now authoring the "News and Notes from the
Clubhouse" column of 3DNews ("column" is a figurative speech,
considering that this runs 4 pages min., packed with the
latest in stereo news), making the $20 subscription well
worth it!
