||Subject: P3D film for Stere-All?
||
photo-3d ||Please don't hate me, but I bought a Universal Stere-All today.
Why would anyone.. I have had one since about 1958..[g]
||sight, facing the wall. It was the only one they had. They
||were asking $60 for the Stere-All, so I got it. It's in
||amazing condition.
Good deal.. did you get the case, and manual too?
photo-3d ||My question is, what kind of film was it designed for. I
||realize I can use any 35mm film I choose, but I'm wondering
||what film they had in mind when they printed the exposure
||guide: Bright sunlight, f8; hazy sun, f4.5, overcast f3.5, and
||so on. Just curious, really.
If I remember right.. they were thinking of old Kodachrome 10?.. Mine
was changed by me some 40 years ago for KII speed..25?..
In any event it does a fine job.. nothing fancy.. took mine to the UK
last Sept and it performed just fine.. now all you need to do is keep
an eye out for the Stere-All black plastic cased viewer.. then you've
got the set..
I use a simple hand light meter and all is well..
