P3D note to sysadmins

The list has (again) accumulated a few bouncing addresses which
are being forwarded elsewhere, making it extremely difficult to figure
out which ones to delete due to the "batch" nature of the mailing 
software. Thus shortly I'll be sending out a "deliver one at a time" message
which will have different headers than normal. This will be hopefully
a one time only thing, although it will likely break some incoming
mail sorting macros/procedures.
