Wanted to know about.
Here is what I know even not having one or wanting one:
1. They are expensive because not common and were made for
Realist!
etc
4. At camera swap meets I have seen the afocal WA attachments for
movie cameras sold in pairs (unmatched for sure) at prices out of
line for the cheap gadgets they are. The Steinheil was a quality
product.

I had a Stenheil set with mounts for an unidentified camera. I cobbled
together a mount to fit my Belplasca which worked well, but vignetted because
the adapters were designed for "Realist" format, not European. When the slides
were mounted in "Realist" masks the vignetting could be removed, and the
results were sharp, whilst getting more of the scene into the picture. Sure,
the ortho stereo qualities were compromised, but I chose to ignore that and
include more.
As Bob says - a quality product.
