P3D Family Time

Hello all,
I finally got my latest roll of Realist slides back from Kodak,
developed, mounted and ready to view (via Target premium processing,
total time: ~three weeks, total cost: $5.55). My wife and both my boys
were very excited to view the slides with daddy and couldn't wait to get
home.

At home, we all gathered together on the couch and passed the lighted
viewer around with each slide. They were mainly of the kids in the
Bluebonnets so prevalent here in Texas this time of year and of our
family gathering at easter.

I don't know how much the boys (ages 4.5 and 1.5) really see in 3D yet,
however, they do like looking at the slides and they sure were better
than the TV shows that were on last night :-)

Ron

P.S. I recently realized that Kodak must have moved it's Realist slide
processing out of Dallas just after I started sending in my slides for
processing at Target. The very first roll I had done was returned in
less than a week. Subsequent rolls have pretty much taken a full three
weeks. Still, at $5.50 per roll for processing and mounting, I'm
willing to wait a few weeks. Especially since my very first roll still
sits uncut and unmounted somewhere in my office.
