I just had a look at mine (No. V-0005697) and it appears to look like the
one described in the left column. It appears that Peter has quite a late
model. Does any other list-member have a Revere in the number 30xxx +
range who can confirm this?
I also compared it with my Wollensak (No. 21955). I am quoting Peter's
description of the two Revere's and insert some details of the Wollensak:

WOLLENSAK: There's also the word "Rewind" on the rewind knob, but also the word
"Wind" on the wind knob.

WOLLENSAK: matte, Indoor Color 1/25, SM/SF Flash, small chars., 4/5.6/8/11/16

WOLLENSAK: looks like the left one above.

WOLLENSAK: MFS Synchromatic, otherwise not comparable.

WOLLENSAK: not comparable.

WOLLENSAK: 5 rims

WOLLENSAK: no "bar".

WOLLENSAK: like Revere model on the right

WOLLENSAK: black

WOLLENSAK: same as Revere. Diameter of take-up-spool core: 9.5 mm

WOLLENSAK: round corners

WOLLENSAK: chrome, with 5 raised strips (as Revere on the right)

WOLLENSAK: 8mm from right

What do you mean by "lock on left"??

Although I am no Revere expert, I would say that it's either a late Revere
using some Wollensak parts, or a prototype model for an "improved" Revere.
