I have only ever seen 4 Realist Cameras for sale in person. Here
are the details...
*One was 6 years ago, that said it was broken on the label and
was $165.
*One was about 3 years ago, not the nicest looking camera, but
was fully functional and was only $95. I asked on list if this
was a good deal ...before I knew better... and went back the next
day but it was gone.
*One about 2 years ago in another antique shop that was $500. I
asked if there was any dickeing and they said it was "just about
the rarest camera you can find" and would not budge on the price.
(Excuse me???)
*The last one was in an estate sale several years ago, for $200
with a case. Again - price FIRM.
All that to say that - IF YOU CAN FIND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR
LESS, GO FOR IT! But, the prices on P3D, from people who love 3D,
are far from high. IMHO and experience.
