Dan,

First of all,  you might do something completely radical.
Something that was *NOT* done at last year's NSA meeting.

That is, you might have people introduce themselves around
the room so that faces can be attached to email names rather
than leaving the meeting as puzzled as when everybody entered.

Perhaps allow some to declare "anonymous" if they want to
stay that way for general reasons (or if their postings were
indirectly lamblasted by a speaker ahead of time and he
would then want to remain anonymous for self preservation
purposes).
