P3D photo-3d meeting at NSA'98

At least 20% of the people at the meeting are there to learn how to join
the list.  Could we have instructions carefully written out this time,
instead of doing the blackboard lecture? We could have topics listed,
along with a printout of the 'by-laws' and general instructions. Some
