P3D TDS Exhibition Entry Forms

Today I mailed out entry forms for the Third Dimension Society International
Exhibition, which closes on 8 August. Those of you who subscribe to Third
Dimension should already have received your entry forms with the magazine.
Other names on the mailing list given to me by TDS are covered as well as a
few participants in photo-3d who sent me requests by e-mail or U.S. mail.
Please allow several days for the forms to arrive, but if you are planning
to enter the exhibition and haven't received an entry form by 5-25-98 (one
week from today) please let me know by e-mail or by a card to my home address:

and I will send you one right away.

Also, if you represent a club and would like to have several copies on hand
for members of your group, let me know at one of the addresses described
above and I will send them to you. 

As U.S. Representative for the Third Dimension Society I will also mention
that a new membership years begins soon. For those interested in joining,
the fee is $18.00 per year for regular mailing of the Third Dimension (the
group's publication), $23.00 per year for air mail delivery of Third
Dimension, and $25.00 per year if two copies are sent to the same address.
These were, at least, the fees last year and, I presume, will be the same
for the 1998-99 membership year. Anyone interested in joining may contact me
for more information or send a check for one of the amounts above.
