I for one would like to see the pairs... I can free-view them and
enjoy that particular view. Besides, if they are a reasonable
size, and are not too JPG compressed, I can even take the pair
and make a JPS of it for use with my glasses. I have done this
once or twice with anaglyphs, re-seperated, but it's not very
easy. 

I guess I would recommend JPS's if you can - an all in one
version. If that's not possible, then Pairs AND anaglyphs. If
that's even a problem, then by all means, at least the anaglyphs
because another 3D pic web site is a great thing no matter how
you choose to display the images. =)
