P3D web 3D made easy???

My girlfriend found a website called "Web FX:  a web-based graphics
effects generator".  This website takes images from your website and you
can create "effects" to them.  One of the effects is "3D".
Unfortunately, it takes a single image and splits it into red/blue with
a slight shift. :-(

Here's what it says:  "This effect simply takes a
  black-and-white version of the original image
  and draws it in the red and blue channels only,
  slightly splitting them apart horizontally."
