P3D REPOST : VM Personal shutter bounce problem

I did not get any reply to the message I send a while ago, not for myself,
but for a gentlemen who does not have acces to the net.

I allready gave him some stuff I retreived from the archives. But he needs
more detailled info about taking the personal appart and what maretials to
use as repacement.
So please someone help him out .......
