P3D Projecting a "beam-splitter" slide!

Greetings,
I mentioned that I was going to try
this before, but hadn't "reported" the results.
I was able to 3D project a beamsplitter half-frame
slide by using a Kodak carousel projector in
conjunction with a Steroflex Projection apparatus
(made in England and graciously sold to me by a
photo-3D member about the time I was buying and
moving into my new house).
It's two vertical mirrors are edge to edge with one
adjustable to set its angle with the other mirror.
With adjustment, the two half-frames are superimposed over
each other (on the screen). The projector is pointing
about 90-degrees from the screen. I used a polarizing
slide (I made one using some of the same 50's projection
polarizing material I used to make new Compco
Triad polarizers earlier) in "parallel" with the
subject slide to do the polarization.
I have work to do to make it "easier" to
do and adjust, but at least for the one test
slide (no, not the chicken slide), it works! :-)
Mike K.
