P3D Tri-Vision

Anyone have any information on a Tri-Vision viewer?
Saw one at a flea market this weekend and it came with
maybe 6 spools of film rolled up and packed in tiny little
boxes.  The viewer was a hard plastic viewer that you hold
up to the light.  It had a view-master type advance lever
that moved horizontally.  I imagine that you run the entire
piece of film through it, but the woman who was selling it
wouldn't let me try it out because she said she wanted to 
keep it in mint condition (the rolls of film were in what
looked like unopened boxes).

Anyway, just thought i'd ask if anyone is familiar with
this and if so, what format (Realist?) film does it use?
