Ray,
You are not alone! I have a Loreo (same as the Argus) and out of
the last ten rolls of film I had developed, only two rolls came
back correctly printed the first time. It did not matter that I
attached stickers to the canisters and huge lettering on the bag
explaining what to do. I have since retired the Loreo and mount
my own Realist slides.
