P3D Help! Looking for lenticular processing labs

Does anyone know of any labs in Canada that offer 4 lens lenticular
processing?  Or for that matter any other labs anywhere?  Mention was made
here about a lab opening soon near Nottingham U.K. -- any others?

There are many people who don't have access to P3D that are looking for a
source other than 3-Dx because of their previous problems with this company.

So,  any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.  If
you have any information, please pass it along.  I don't mind doing the leg
work to check it out.
