P3D Caving and shooting

Some time back, some folks here were discussing cave expedition photography
- while I followed it with some interest I didn't take notes as I thought
I'd never use the info. Then the hiking group I'm in organized a 4-hour
tour in Raccoon Mountain, Tennessee. I've never done that sort of thing
and tried to pack minimally; my Realist and my small flash. I was
beginning to curse that small load since there was more belly-crawling
through body-width passages than upright walking (or so it seemed). What's
more, I took far fewer shots than I wanted. The Realist shooting procedure
can be lengthy enough without the mud and the dark.

To sum up, I have a newfound admiration for those clearly insane folks who
do this with impunity, and humbly request a line on their websites,
preferably the ones with some how-to information. In the future, I may
suffer a lapse of judgement and try it again!
