Carole, I have had numerous bad experiences with Ritz.  Not just one.  I
was merely referring to my *last* (as in never again) experience.  I
also had talked with management in the store as well as the corporate
office.  With the talk about Nimtec, I had wanted to have a place near
me that could do my lenticular printing.  I determined that it was not a
photo finisher I could rely on.  So, I am just not presently shooting
lenticulars until I can find a reliable service to print them.
