If all of your slides are in RBT mounts, you should have no
problems. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that
RBT mounts use the same center spacing for their 5 perf.
mounts as for their 7 perf. mounts. I believe that Steve
Spicer's cardboard mounts also follow this rule. The
problem arises when these are mixed with American 5 perf.
mounts. These 5 perf. mounts have a slightly wider center
spacing than the 7 perf. standard.

What I do is to check each with the appropriate mounting
gauge (from Reel 3D) for maximum infinity separation. When
projecting, I set the horizontal alignment to the American
5 perf. window. This prevents exceeding the maximum
infinity separation. The RBT windows will float slightly
in front of the screen, but I don't find this as
objectionable as exceeding infinity separation. This would
be less of an issue on a small screen.

Does anyone have any better suggestions?
