I am not in charge of the advertising and cannot answer Boris' questions as
each program differs from year to year as we use different printers located
in the host city. For more detailed advertising information I would suggest
you contact Judy Proffitt - Convention Chairperson at: momanon@xxxxxxxxx

However I can answer Paul's question...most of the programs have been B&W
therefore, the ads are B&W. This saves $$$ for the NSA and printing charges
vary, again, from city to city, so we try to keep down the overall costs
by using B&W.

Everyone...please check the dates of various closings on the convention
website. The auction is closed. The Ads, Workshop proposals, exhibits,
and proposed projections all have to be submitted by June 30, 1998.

The Trade Fair and Registration forms all have to be in by July 20. I
received my STEREO WORLD yesterday and much to my dismay learned that
the forms had been left out! Therefore, it will be necessary for anyone
that has not yet sent theirs in to use the one they received in the last
issue or print one from the convention website.

Marriott hotel cutoff deadline is July 17 but we expect a sell out before
then.

Hope this helps a bit. Judy is quick with her e-mail so I'm sure ad questions
will be answered with a quick turn around.

Best

Mary Ann Sell
Vice President
NSA
