P3D CD cases with lenticular covers

Does anybody know where to purchase those CD jewel cases with lenticular
material moulded into the front cover (where the artist information sheet
appears)?  I've seen these a few places now, but haven't been successful at
tracking down the source.  I've written some programs that slice up images for
display in this manner, but I can't find a source for the cases alone, short of
buying the few products that use them and topping the contents.

Not vouching for the musical content, but the latest Master P compact disc, MP
Da last Don, is a good example of what can be done with the things (can
probably be found in the Rap section of your nearest major CD store).
