P3D Shooter's material in SW

As the ancient Greeks said, "there is nothing bad without something
good."  All that DrT whinning and complaining had its good side.

Editor John Dennis reports on the discussions in the "internet's
Photo-3d group concering the contents of Stereo World".  A fairly
accurate report and the result might be more shooter's material
in Stereo World.

My only minor complaint... I wish the instructions for joining 
photo-3d were printed once in a while in Stereo World.
