P3D More revolting developments

What started out so easy is becoming cause for much heated discussion
and red faced frustration. I have a roll of film taken by my Argus 3d
which I sent away to Konica (via a Pathmark supermarket) on June 1. It
has come back and sent back by me three times, after they cut the prints
in half and developed them as single, 3" x 7" pictures. My instructions
were, don't do anything special, just develop them as if they were
regular pictures. I had to call customer service at the lab, and again
had to hold myself back from yelling at the woman. The thing is, you
never talk to a technician who might understand what you are saying, but
to a customer service person (usually a woman). I may have finally got
through to them. We will see. The strange part is, they developed the
first 6 rolls or so with no problem.
I went to a CVS drugstore, where they have one hour processing,
and again, it took 15 minutes of arguing before the girl developed my
pictures, because "we don't do 3d".
I have yet to take a picture with my Realist, because I just
figured out last night why I couldn't load it, but I am afraid of
getting the same run-around because you have to ask them "please don't
mount".
Are there any labs in the Philadelphia area where you have
people that understand 3d and what you want? Or is mailing the film out
to specialy labs the way to go?
