I suggest that you take the pair with the maximum deviation and adjust
the projectors so that the maximum seperation on screen is 2.5".

I have no experience with 2x2 projection or large screen projection.
I set my window on screen. I have a 70" screen but it is opened in a
rectangular shape to accommodate 7p. So the vertical size is about
50". That's about 50x mag (24mm is about 1"). 50 x 1.2 mm = 60 mm.
1.2 mm is the suggested maximum on-film deviation. In my setup the
maximum separation on screen is very close to 2.5". Now I know why
I don't have problems :-)
