P3D LCD Problem Sheet

After posting my LCD stereo glasses problems last week, I found out that
there were more people that were having similar problems setting them up.

Since little support is given by certain manufacturers, is there a list of
possible problems associated with setting up theses things? I know every
company has slighly different configurations, but with enough people
actively using and endorsing this medium, isn't there a page somewhere that
can offer a little advice?
