P3D Catch up

Hi. I have been away from the LIST for three months and am now playing 
catch up.   No longer can I access the archives at 

http://calcite.rocky.edu/photo-3d/ghindex.html.  

Instead of logging onto the  site I get an authorization required 
dialogue box requesting a password that I can't provide.    
What's going on?? 

Also, how would I go about acquiring  the PHOTO-3d CD-ROM??
