Ron asked about cutting Realist size chips down to VM size.

It is not practical to try to cut down Realist size chips to VM size.
You will run into insurmountable problems trying to get a good fit in
the reels.  You can either shoot with a VM camera or have VM make reels
1000 at a time!  That's what the Branson site is referring to.  Other
members of this list might be able to produce reels in lower quantity
but the cost will be prohibitive if it's not a commercial venture you're
into.
