P3D Longest wait for Lenticular prints ?

In August 1997 I posted a roll of film I shot on a Nimslo to 
the Widescreen centre (UK).
After chasing this film for several months and getting reasons like it
"It is stuck in Honk Kong customs" (despite initially being told it would
be processed in the UK), I finally gave up.
Anyway the film turned up on Friday - 11 months after posting it.

Has anyone waited longer ?

On another note can Tony Shapps comment on whether the Lenticular processor
they are installing at Nottingham will handle 4 chip negatives as well as
3 chip and when will it be up and running ?
