I checked on this about 1 1/2 years ago, even asking the p3d list for help.
The result:
I have not found a single place that could duplicate an entire uncut
roll of positives (slide film).  It *sounds* like a simple task, but the 
sticking point is that it's a roll of *positives* (not negatives, which 
is no problem at all to get duped).
If anybody has any real concrete solution for the duplication of an 
uncut roll of slides, please pass it on.
