This is a reminder that the cutoff date for room reservations at the
Marriott in Richmond is this Friday, July 17.  If you have not yet
made your reservation please do so as quickly as possible.  You can
only be guaranteed space in the NSA block at the special convention 
rate through Friday.

Also, the cutoff for convention registration and trade fair registration is
Monday, July 20.  If you have not signed up for a trade fair table we make
no guarantees after that date for availability (although we may have tables
left).  No electric connections will be granted for tables reserved after
this date.
(This is in connection with policies given to us by the Richmond
Centre.)

PLEASE get your reservations in NOW if you plan to attend.  We want
to put as little a burden as possible on the committee members now
that we're getting close to the actual convention countdown.
