P3D Nimslo and Kodachrome

In a message dated 24/07/98 16:11:19 GMT, you write:
<< I just got a Nimslo and have been putting it through its paces.
A test roll of Elite Chrome 200, processed in two hours down the
street, did fine.>>
Congratulations!
<<It seems that long ago I heard of this problem with Kodachrome, but have
never experienced it myself. It does stand to reason that the Nimslo or any
other stereo camera with a longer pressure plate might have difficulty with
a thick film.
Has anyone out there successfully used Kodachrome in a Nimslo?>>
Yes - all the time! In fact, when I was converting Nimslos to twin-lensed
"Bobslo"s, I used to get rid of the 400 ASA setting, making it 100 ASA, and
making the 100 ASA position work with 64ASA for Kodachrome. Never heard of
anyone having a problem...
