I have the applicable pages at:

The first page outlines the proceedure, and the other pages are assembly,
instr. disassembly instr., and assembly diagarams referred to in the
first page.
I'll leave it there for a little while before I delete them. They
are not accessable through links on my home page, you have to know
the "secret" path above.
They are 200dpi B&W bitmaps and vary from 80K to 100K. Being 200dpi,
they'll be too big to read well on a browser screen. They should be
saved locally then put into a graphics program of most any sort that
will read a .gif file, and then printed from there (resized, etc as
necessary).
