P3D TDC VIVID

I picked up a TDC VIVIVD a week ago.

I shot a roll outside with no clouds anyware.  I used 100 spd sensia2
and shot them all at f16 100th/sec speed shutter.

They all came out over exposed quite a bit.

Is the most likely thing that the shutter is not shooting at a full
100th/sec speed?  If so, how do I fix that?
