Well, Derek, it is a long story.... Bob Zeller went through the entire
project of getting the idea in his mind, quiting his job to concentrate
on the project, getting rejected from publisher after publisher.  Finally,
when he found someone to publish the book, he had certain things in mind
(color printing, resolution, viewing devices) and he ended up accepting
reality... The talk was very detailed and extremely interesting but I do
not remember the exact details.  Maybe someone into the publishing 
business does.  At the end, he said that he is now working on another book
and this one will be in color.  Perhaps you can contact Bob for advice
is you are thinking of publishing a stereo book (are you?)
