P3D RBT mounts and mounting-new instructions

Ralp...thanks for that nice rundown on mounting with RBT's.....finally
we have revised and illustrated the way to use the RBT stereomounts as
the former instructions were only fair to poor.  If anyone needs them
now, or wishes to see the new line of new high quality full frame
