To any of you with travel plans on Northwest Airlines to/from the PSA
confernce in Orlando, take a look at the below article from an internet news

Negotiators for Northwest Airlines and its pilots union resumed negotiations 
Monday in an effort to avert a strike threatened for later this month. 
Pilots have set a deadline of 12:01 a.m. EDT on Aug. 29 to reach an
agreement with the nation's fourth-largest carrier. The airline has said it
will not operate if its 5,800 pilots walk off the job.

The IAM  (International Association of Machinists) have also asked that an
impasse be declared in their negotiations with Northwest Airlines management,
so it's not just the pilots who are unhappy there.
