Ummmmm...  here in South Florida, one should probably not yell, "Freeze," in
public, unless one is carrying a gun and badge.   You're likely to get shot
at.
(Of course, if you're carrying a Realist, you might be able to disarm a mad
criminal with it, if you're very quick (and close enough).  But then, if you
were carrying a Realist, you wouldn't be doing a Cha-cha, and you wouldn't
have to yell Freeze.)
: )     <----------- requisit  smiley so everyone knows I'm kidding, and the
Tourist Commision of South Florida doesn't send someone out to hit me across
the knees with a Realist.
