My preference is to keep the tour on Monday.  If it is moved to Thursday it
will conflict with the many events already mentioned.  If it is moved to
Wednesday, it lengthens the time to stay in a hotel, etc.  Many attendees come
on Friday or even Saturday.  They can, if the want go on the tour on Monday.
If it were on the Thursday or Wednesday, that option would not be available
for them.  Just my thoughts to add to the discussion.
